Take
any four yoga classes per week. (Not including
workshops or special events.)
3:
Complete
3 active at-home lifestyle challenges per week. A
list of challenges to choose from will be sent to you each Sunday during the
challenge.

2:
Eat
2 vegetarian meals per week. Submit your recipes and
we’ll compile a cookbook for participants.
1:
Meditate
once per day. Two minutes the 1st
week, 5 minutes the 2nd, 10 minutes the 3rd and 15
minutes during the 4th week.
We’ll send you a list of tips and techniques each Sunday.
