The Alice Gustafson
School PTO will host its annual fun fair from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at
905 Carlisle Road in Batavia. The fun fair is the year's biggest fundraising event for the school and proceeds will be used for educational programs,
materials and equipment. Full details are available at agspto.org.
This year’s fun fair,
“2014 Gator Winter Games,” in honor of the school’s mascot—Gus the Gator—will feature
unlimited Olympic-themed games, activities and inflatables. The first 400 guests
will receive goodie bags.
Kid-friendly games will include a ski jump bounce house inflatable,
virtual snowboard, short-track speed cake skate, money machine and more—one
activity in each classroom throughout the school. In the gymnasium, guests will
enjoy giant inflatables (ski jump and luge) and the Olympic Village Café where
pizza, hotdogs, egg rolls, chili and snacks will be available for purchase.
