As Eshghy fell onto the stairs as a result of the impact, the lawsuit claims all three officers assaulted him and one placed his fingers in Eshghy’s eye sockets. He further asserts they then dragged him to a room and handcuffed him to a bench.
According to the complaint, Eshghy was transported to a hospital. He was subsequently arrested and taken to the nearest precinct, where he was processed and posted bail.
