Batavia To Resume Modified In-Person Public Meetings
As the State of Illinois moves into Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan, the City of Batavia will be resuming in-person public meetings.

As the State of Illinois moves into Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan, the City of Batavia will be resuming in-person public meetings with modifications to abide by state recommendations for social distancing effective Friday, June 26, 2020.

City Council and Committee of the Whole meetings will be broadcast live on BATV’s YouTube channel which can be accessed from their website at myBATV.com. If you plan to attend in person, you must wear a mask and please note there are only 12 chairs available for public seating in the room so that social distancing can be maintained. If you would like to make comment by phone during the meeting, please leave a message for Karen Morley at (630)454-2053 by 5:00 pm the day of the meeting indicating your name, phone number, the date of the meeting and the topic on which you would like to make comment. You will be called at the number you provided during the meeting at the time for public comment. You can also email publiccomment@cityofbatavia.net and submit the same information along with your comment by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
