The festival will have an ice cream eating contest, paddle boat rides, and a diaper derby.

BATAVIA, IL — The 2018 Batavia Windmill Fest kicks off on Friday, July 13, bringing three days of live music, live music, eats, and kid-friendly adventures. There's so much to see at Windmill Fest — a diaper derby, a duck race, a pet parade, an ice cream eating contest — that it can be hard to know where to start.
