Grab a Friend, Your Passport, and Embark on a Shopping Trip in Downtown Batavia

Take a summer shopping trip in Batavia during the 5^th annual Passport to Batavia event on Saturday, July 25^th, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

First, visit the renowned Batavia Farmers Market and pick up your Passport, goody bag, and route map.Then, embark on your self-directed journey to discover more than a dozen Batavia east-side shops including both new, cool retail concepts and some long-established entrepreneurs representing Batavia’s heritage. Plus, don’t miss the unique concept Batavia Boardwalk Shops housing eight all-new businesses in 2026 and Wilson Street Mercantile that both offer a variety of unique items in small-scale, easy-to-navigate retail spaces. All participating shop owners will be ready to welcome you to their businesses with special deals or treats.

The shopping trip will culminate at Start Something Studio where you will relax from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. with refreshments and nibbles. You’ll also have chances to win Batavia Chamber Bucks courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce or a raffle basket donated by Main Street with downtown dollars and other assorted goodies.

Proceeds from Passport ticket sales will help those community members who are facing food shortages or insecurity, especially important during current times.

Purchase your Passport by visiting the BWC website at bataviawomansclub.org or visit the Batavia Farmer’s Market community tent on Saturday July 25^th from 9:00 – 12:00 p.m. Advance purchase ($30) is recommended due to limited space.
