Cheryl Ghassan Named Sales Director

Cheryl Ghassan, a 25-year senior living industry veteran, has been named sales director at The Holmstad, a continuing care retirement community administered by Covenant Retirement Communities, the nation’s fifth largest, not-for-profit senior services provider.

Ghassan will manage marketing efforts and lead the sales program for the retirement community’s 289 residential living apartments, including duplex and cottage homes.

Prior to joining The Holmstad, Ghassan worked in sales and marketing for several senior living communities in the Chicago area, including American House, Cedarlake, Plainfield, Ill.

Ghassan serves on the board of directors for The Agency on Aging Northeastern Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Continuity of Care Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree in gerontology and business administration at Dominican University, River Forest, Ill.
