City-Wide Garage Sale In Batavia Coming Up In Less Than A Month

BATAVIA, IL — The 30th annual city-wide garage sale in Batavia is coming up in less than a month.

The event, happening May 3-4, will help raise money to put on the Fourth of July Sky Concert at Engstrom Park. The fundraiser is one of the biggest events hosted by volunteers of the Batavia Fireworks Committee.

Residents still have a chance to participate in this year's garage sale by signing up through the committee's website. The cost to register is $35.

As the event nears, shoppers can find a list — both virtual and printed — showing the houses participating, organized by items for sale.
