Local students named to RIT dean's list
The following Batavia students were named to the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

Batavia student named to fall 2022 dean's list at John Carroll University

Felicity Kolb of Batavia has been named to the Dean's List at John Carroll University for the Fall 2022 semester.
Students eligible for the Dean's List must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours within one semester and have a quality grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Local makes dean's list for fall 2022 at Millikin
Kayla Giesen of Batavia, IL has made the Dean's List for Fall 2022 at Millikin University.
Students who attempt 12 graded credits during a fall or spring semester and earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher earn Dean's List honors. Students earning a perfect 4.00-grade point average on 12 graded credits attempted to earn High Dean's List honors.

Emerson College student from Batavia makes dean's list for fall 2022 semester
Emerson College student Hailey Haddon of Batavia, IL (60510) earned Dean's List honors for the Fall 2022 Semester.
Haddon is majoring in Political Communication and is a member of the Class of 2025.
The requirement to make Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for that semester.

Batavia student named to University of Maryland Global Campus dean’s list
Gabriela Allison of Batavia was named to the Dean's List for the fall semester at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.

Student from Batavia named to University of Mississippi chancellor’s honor roll
Alexis Newendyke, of Batavia, IL, was named to the University of Mississippi's Fall 2022 Honor Roll lists.
Newendyke was named to the Chancellor's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00.
"The remarkable students achieving Chancellor's Honor Roll are among the best and brightest at the University of Mississippi," said Chancellor Glenn Boyce. "I commend them for their hard work and dedication resulting in their outstanding academic achievements and this well-deserved recognition."
In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.
