CONTEST: Win a $25 Gift Certificate for Foltos Tonsorial Parlor!

Batavia Patch wants you to win a $25 gift certificate for a great local business.

For the next couple months, Batavia Patch will put a special Patch green box inside a participating Batavia business. The box (pictured on this page) will go to one business each month.

Drop in your business card in the box for your chance at a $25 gift certificate for the business. This month (March 2012) the box has been at , 7 E. Wilson St, in downtown Batavia.

One entry will be randomly chosen to receive a $25 Foltos Tonsorial Parlor gift certificate. The prize will be purchased by Patch.

The contest at Foltos will end at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 3. Patch will randomly draw a name and contact a winner by Friday, April 6.

Q: What if I don't have a business card?

A: You can still enter the contest. Just be sure to write your name and your valid e-mail address on a sheet of paper and drop it in the box. A blank notebook (also pictured on this page) is available next to the box if you need a place to write your information.

Q: Who's eligible for this contest?

A: Any adult is free to join the contest. If you are in downtown Batavia, or if you are coming in to say "Hi" to Parlor owner Craig Foltos soon, please drop your name and e-mail off in the green box.

Q: Why do you want my name and e-mail address?

A: We're signing people up for the free Batavia Patch daily newsletter. We'll start sending the newsletter, which is filled with all the most recent Batavia news headlines, upcoming events and happenings, to the email address on your card.

Q: What if I don't win? Any way you can sweeten this deal?

A: Sure! Craig Foltos told Batavia Patch that each participant will receive a prize. If you don't win the $25 gift certificate, Foltos will find a way to thank you for participating.
