Series held on Sundays 4/27, 5/4 & 5/18
In this 3-part series, students will use the tools of yoga to calm the body and the mind in order to enjoy the many proven benefits of a regular meditation practice that is personal and doable. Easing into meditation sessions that gradually increase, students will become comfortable with a variety of simple techniques. Participants will receive a journal, mediation CD and inspirational emails and texts for a month to support them in their ongoing practice. All are welcome even if you didn't attend first two.
