Downsizing Expert to Share Tips to Batavia Area Seniors
Senior Move Manager Tammy Bilek will present "Downsizing Made Easy" to area seniors at The Holmstad on Feb. 23 at 2 p.m.
Moving to a new home can be difficult for anyone. For older adults who have lived in their homes for many years, the task can be daunting. Senior Move Manager Tammy Bilek will present “Downsizing Made Easy” to area seniors on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at 2 p.m. The program is hosted by The Holmstad, a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located at 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia.
Bilek is a downsizing expert with Honoring Aging, a senior move management service that provides local relocation services and assists with scheduling and arranging for downsizing and moving services. She will suggest tips on minimizing clutter and maximizing space, and explain how to efficiently sort, pack, and unpack.
