Sue Borowiak, a Yorkville resident, wife and mother of two, is on the waiting list for a double lung transplant at the Cleveland Clinic. The proceeds from this event will help the family with costs related to the surgery that are not covered by health insurance such as travel and living expenses during  Sue’s recovery period in Ohio.
