For girls in grades 4-8. Healthy habits benefit the mind and body and help foster a strong sense of self, inside and out! Together, girls learn to calm the mind and strengthen the body through yoga, sample healthy and delicious snack and explore their unique selves. The first 45 minutes will be devoted to yoga practice suitable for all abilities and the remainder of the time will be spent discussing age appropriate topics. Time to become one of the Generation Strong!
