Jim Walser of C.R.I.CKET (Chicago Region Interpreters) will share funny stories about the creepy, crawly animals that nobody loves--spiders, snakes, bees, and wasps. Walser will bring a live snake and a tarantula to the program. Children ages 3 to 11 will have a chance to win a free admission to Brookfield Zoo. The program is a "Young Friends Event" and is sponsored by the Friends of the Batavia Public Library. No registration required. Doors to the Meeting Room open at 1:45 p.m.
