Kaleidoscope Home Holiday Special Will Air After Thanksgiving

The Batavia Music Department and Batavia Fine Arts Centre produced the holiday special featuring the talents of 450 students.

BATAVIA, IL — The Kaleidoscope Home Holiday Special is premiering Thanksgiving weekend, and it's only going to be free for one day before it hits video-on-demand services.

Produced by the Batavia Music Department and Batavia Fine Arts Centre, the 60-minute holiday extravaganza features the talents of 450 students, according to Batavia School District 101 officials.

"This event is sure to kick off your season in a way you didn’t imagine possible," reads the Fine Arts Centre's website.

The live-streamed show will debut at 7 p.m. Nov. 25. After, a blu-ray can be purchased for $45. Video on demand will be available for $18 for 24 hours before the price increases to $50 for 14 days.

All orders will ship by Jan. 15. Those who placed orders by Nov. 5 should expect them to be shipped by Dec. 5, officials said.

To prepare for the debut, the trailer is up on YouTube.

"Snuggle up with family and some hot cocoa over the Thanksgiving break and let Batavia Music help usher in the holiday season," District 101 officials said in a news release.
