Kane County will be hosting two webinars on September 18 providing more details for Small Business Grants at 10:30 AM and Nonprofit Grants at 2:00 PM offered through the County. Businesses will be able to apply for these opportunities starting on September 18 up until October 2.

The State of Illinois has announced a second round of funding for small businesses affected by the pandemic in a variety of categories through the Business Interruption Grants Program (BIG). $245 million will be allocated in this second round and small businesses are welcome to apply starting on September 17. The BIG program is open to all eligible businesses (for profit and nonprofit) with $20 million or less in annual revenue in 2019 and experienced losses due to COVID-19.
