Seniors invited to fitness class at The Holmstad

Area seniors are invited to attend a fitness class at The Holmstad retirement community with Fitness Coordinator Ellyn Roth on Thursday, May 11 at 1:30 p.m. The “Get Moving” fitness class is a gentle approach that combines yoga, aerobics, and core strengthening all in one. Fruit-infused water and healthy snacks will be available after the class, along with optional group tours of the community.
