Songwriter Workshops, July 9 & 23

A Summer Songwriter Workshop and Performance Series continues in July. The series is a collaboration of the Fox Valley Music Foundation, the Aurora Public Library West Branch, and the Batavia Public Library. Each program in the six-part series features a professional musician explaining his songwriting methods followed by a live performance. The July 9 workshop features Dave Ramont and will be held at the Aurora Public Library West Branch, 233 S. Constitution Dr. The July 23 workshop features Noah Gabriel and will be held at the Batavia Public Library, 10 S. Batavia Ave. Both programs are from 1 to 3 p.m. and are free.
