Strike a Pose for Women-Zonta Club of St. Charles-Geneva-Batavia bowling event

The Zonta Club of St. Charles-Geneva-Batavia will host a bowling fundraiser on Sunday November 3, 2013 at Wheaton Bowl.  Admission is $30 per bowler and includes 2 games, shoes and endless Pal Joey's pizza!  Zonta Club is a local, volunteer service organization dedicated to empowering women and girls locally and globally. Bowling event proceeds directly benefit scholarships for local women and girls;grants for local service agencies working to eradicate domestic violence and advance the status of women; and international programs that help empower and protect women who are seeking literacy, proper education,have HIV, are injured by complications from substandard care during childbirth, are victims of gender-based violence and human trafficking.  To sign up for this wonderful event please call Christie Plotzke at 847.931.2292 by October 25, 2013.
