SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! As a Subcontractor I would NEVER do work for this contractor again! They don't pay! They will easily write up a contract, hound you to do the work according to their unreasonable time tables, make you purchase all the material and will take 6 months to pay you after calling and emailing over and over again! They will not pay you for the re-negotiated parts of a contract extras and Dan Pollichio the owner has been very rude, dishonest and very difficult to work with. He does not pay his subcontractors. I do not recommend any sub contractor or business to do work with this company. He actions are unscrupulous, buyers beware. He wants you to sign a final lien waiver before final payment is made and in Illinois where he has an office, if you sign a final lien waiver before final payment is made he is not under obligation to make any additional payments to you and a sub contractor cannot file a lien if you sign a final lien waiver. He also will not give you his phone number to contact him, only through his office, email and project managers will he talk.
