“Thomas Paine: Voice of the Revolution,” will be presented at 2 p.m., on June 26, at the Batavia Public Library, 10 S. Batavia Ave. The writings of Thomas Paine inspired people to support independence and Washington’s army to continue the fight against all odds. Actor R. J. Lindsey portrays Thomas Paine speaking about a life of failure in England, but success in America, and the dramatic events that pushed the colonies to revolt.
