Tickets are going fast for this weekend's BHS production, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. Showtimes are February 1st, 2nd and 3rd at 7:30 pm, and a matinee on Saturday February 3rd at 2:00pm. Performances will be performed on the main stage at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre. Tickets are available online at www.BataviaFineArtsCentre.org and at the box office by calling 630-937-8930. Ticket prices are $12 online and $14 by phone and at the box office.
The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 pokes fun at the more ridiculous aspects of "show biz" and the corny thrillers of Hollywood's heyday. This play is full of non-stop laughter as those assembled (or at least those who aren't killed off!) untangle the mystery of the "Stage Door Slasher." A unique feature of this show is that the audience members will be seated on stage along with the performance.
