This is a special meeting reserved for the International Speech and Evaluation Contest. All Members, Friends and Guests are welcome to attend. The International Speech Contest is a timed event. Participating Toastmasters members will give speeches lasting between 4-1/2 and 7-1/2 minutes. The 1st and 2nd place winners will advance to the Area 11 Contest and compete against winners from other nearby Clubs on February 15. During the Evaluation Contest portion of the evening, participants will listen to the same speech, prepare their speech for 5 minutes and deliver their evaluations of the speech one at a time. Those Evaluators are judged and the 1st and 2nd place winners go on to compete against winners from other nearby Clubs at the same Area Contest
