Townhouse Catches Fire In Batavia
A "fully involved" fire was reported at a townhouse on Mill Street in Batavia Friday night.

BATAVIA, IL - Several fire units from multiple agencies responded to a call of a townhouse catching fire in Batavia Friday night. The fire was reported at 8:24 p.m. in the 400 block of Mill Street near Haines Drive, according to the Chicago Fire Map.
The American Red Cross has been assigned to the location, as has fire engines from Sugar Grove, South Elgin/Countryside and Warrenville in addition to fire trucks from West Chicago, the Fire Map alert shows. It was not immediately known how many residents of the building will be displaced as a result of the fire.
The townhouse was "fully involved" when the first units from the Batavia Fire Department responded to the box alarm fire.
