These babies are from High Kill shelters and need rescue FAST! There are over 40 puppies that are begging for rescue. Casey's Safe Haven can only save them if we have foster homes for them. Puppies must stay in groups of two or three during foster. This helps them settle in and lessens the stress they are going through.
