Utility Disconnections To Resume In August

Please be aware the City of Batavia will resume our normal utility disconnection process beginning August 1, 2020. We understand there may be extraordinary financial circumstances due to the COVID19 pandemic. To assist our customers, we will offer a repayment program for past due balances. Some customers may not qualify due to lack of any payment. Requests for this program should be made through email at utilbill@cityofbatavia.net. If you do not have email or have questions about your balance due, please call the utility billing department at 630-454-2020.
