“Vegas in Batavia” will be presented 2 p.m., October 25, at the Batavia Public Library. The Strip’s most legendary act—Frank, Dean, and Sammy—comes to Batavia, courtesy of Jack Miuccio, John Stemberg, and Darnell Towns.
