Weekend-Long Oktoberfest Planned By Sturdy Shelter Brewing
It's the first time Sturdy Shelter Brewing will be hosting an Oktoberfest celebration.

BATAVIA, IL — It's a big weekend for Sturdy Shelter Brewing. The downtown Batavia brewery is hosting its first Oktoberfest this weekend, and it's spanning three days.
Each day from Friday to Sunday will feature a stein-holding and costume contests and a photo booth. It wouldn't be an Oktoberfest without Bavarian pretzels, and Sturdy Shelter has you covered — with a classic mustard dipping sauce in tow.
Guests can indulge Burn'n Bull barbeque from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Smokey Rose Barbeque from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, and eats from the The Real Dark Horse from 2-5 p.m. Sunday.
