Wesley Taylor, Broadway Star Works with Vero Voce Cast

(St Charles, IL) Broadway star, Wesley Taylor, the original Lucas Beineke in the Addams Family Musical on Broadway, is working with Vero Voce’s Addams Family cast in a masterclass and workshop, Monday, June 15, 2015 2:00-7:00 pm. Wesley will be spending the day with students working on solos, group songs, scene work, connecting through song and overall acting work. He will also share his experience as the original Lucas Beineke on Broadway! Tyce Green, clinician, Broadway actor, vocal and acting coach will be joining Wesley in working with the Vero Voce cast on June 15th and will remain to coach the cast the following morning.

Wesley Taylor co-starred in the hit TV show SMASH, as Bobby, a flamboyant ensemble member who is not afraid to say what is on his mind. He currently stars in the Hulu series, It Could Be Worse, a show he co-created. Taylor made his Broadway debut in the rock musical Rock of Ages, where he originated the role of the German city developer Franz. His second major role on Broadway was as Lucas Beineke in the musical The Addams Family, a role he originated after 2009 Chicago production of the show. Taylor also participated in a reading for a play called A Dog’s Tale (or The Thing About Getting) at the Kennedy Center. He has appeared on television in ABC’s One Life to Live, Live! with Regis and Kelly, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and Late Night with Conan O’Brien.

Tyce Green is an actor, vocal & acting coach, and producer. Having started his acting career at a very early age, he has performed and collaborated with hundreds of established Broadway performers. As an actor, he has appeared Off-Broadway and in numerous regional productions around the country. As a vocal & acting coach, he specializes in auditions, college audition prep, and is a go-to source for building repertoire for theatre and musical theatre performers.

Vero Voce was established in 2001 specializing in private voice, piano lessons and musical theatre coaching. It expanded into a 7,000 square foot facility with multiple studios, classrooms, and a theatre at 951 State Avenue, Suite F, in St Charles.
