West Chicago Resident Wins Scholarship!

Kristin Valenti-Ramirez, a nail technician with Royal Polish Nail Salon, has been awarded a Presidents Scholarship from Cosmetologists Chicago (not for profit) for advanced study/training.

Salon owner Jo Ann Kennedy describes Kristin as “The ultimate professional - organized and continually educating herself and perfecting her skills … she wants to be The Best for her clients.”

Kristin says, “My goal is to never stay average … my passion is to become a mentor and assist with educating my peers in my industry. I have read that in order to be a teacher, one must first be a student. I am grateful to Cosmetologists Chicago for the opportunity to again be a student!”
