Yoga Basics 6 week series $90 Amy Massat
Yoga Basics is the go-to class for those new to yoga or those returning after a period of inactivity or injury. Starting 9/8 6-7:15pm!

The class meets once per week on Mondays, starting on 9/8 from 6-7:15 p.m. for six weeks and introduces students to fundamental postures (asana), breath-work (pranayama) and yogic philosophy. Upon completion, will feel comfortable joining a wide variety of regular classes on our schedule such as Yoga 1, Gentle Yoga, Beginning Yoga or Yoga All Levels depending on individual abilities. One missed class may be made up in the next session. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for additional missed classes.
