Yoga Basics is the go-to class for those new to yoga or those returning after a period of inactivity or injury. The class meets once per week for six weeks and introduces students to fundamental postures (asana), breath-work (pranayama) and yogic philosophy. Missed classes may be made up the next session of Yoga Basics. No class held 3/31. $90 for the series.
