19th Ward Children's Film Fest Kicks Off Thursday At BAC
"PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem" featured Thursday, Dec. 28, at the Beverly Arts Center.

CHICAGO — When can you take your kids these days to see a first-run movie for a buck with snacks included during the show? The 19th Ward Youth Foundation will host the 14th annual Children’s Film Festival this Thursday, Dec. 28 at the Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th St., Chicago.
“PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie” will be shown at 10 a.m., with “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” playing in the afternoon at 2 p.m. Both movies were made in 2023.
The cost is $1 per film and includes the movie and snacks. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis, and will only be available the day of the event. Space is limited.
