Best Chicago Bungalow Gardens Contest Begins Tuesday
The Chicago Bungalow Association is holding a contest to find the best bungalow gardens in Chicago.

CHICAGO, IL -- The Chicago Bungalow Association will hold a contest to find the best bungalow gardens in the city. Voting for the contest will begin at noon on Tuesday, July 25 and continue through Wednesday, July 26 according to Angela Pauldine, director of communications for the Chicago Bungalow Association.
The contest, called "Bungalow Garden Contest: You Be the Judge," is in its first year but organizers hope it will become a yearly contest. Contestants have been selected from members of the association who submitted photos of the Chicago Bungalow gardens in three categories: Front Garden, Rear/Side Garden and Window/Planter Boxes.
"The submissions from throughout Chicago are diverse and cover a variety of landscaping styles," according to a news release announcing the contest. "Among the entries are a rear garden which includes a tree house, a garden designed to provide private outdoor study areas for exchange students, and one including 90 native plants."
