Best Coffee In Beverly? B-Sides Wins Twitter Poll
One local coffee shop carried a majority of the votes in a recent Beverly-Mt. Greenwood Patch "Best Coffee" Twitter poll.
CHICAGO, IL - Good Chicago neighborhoods are made better with good, local places to grab a cup of coffee. The Beverly/Morgan Park neighborhood on the east side of the 19th Ward is certainly no exception, with several local coffee shops having opened in recent years.
A Beverly-Mt. Greenwood Patch Twitter poll released a couple of weeks ago asked those on the social media platform about their favorite. Since there were only four options for multiple choice questions, we listed Beverly Bakery, Ellie's Cafe and B-Sides Coffee + Tea, which opened less than a year ago steps from the 99th Street Metra station. The fourth choice (Other) was given so voters could write-in their favorite if it wasn't one of the three listed.
B-Sides won the poll with a 51 percent majority, a total that may have been aided by a retweet from Owner Kevin O'Malley.

Beverly Bakery finished second with 29 percent to Ellie's Cafe's 10 percent. The "Other" option also got 10 percent, with most of those votes coming in for Markland Hubbard, 1739 W. 99th St.
