Beverly Man Charged in Fatal Shooting
Cops say 23-year-old Beverly man was identified as shooter in Garfield Ridge shooting.

A 23-year-old Beverly man has been arrested in a fatal shooting that occurred last week in the city’s Garfield Ridge neighborhood, police said.
Dannee Brewer was charged with first degree after he was identified as the person who shot 34-year-old Quintae Little in the 4500 block of South Cicero Avenue.

Officers responded to a call of a man shot around 11:45 a.m. Jan. 16. Little was found unresponsive in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to the torso.
Little was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Brewer, of the 10400 block of South Bell Avenue, is scheduled for a bond hearing on Sunday at the Leighton Criminal Courts Building at 26th and California.
