Beverly Man Shot To Death In Car Over Labor Day Weekend

20-year-old Jeremy Tang was shot in the chest while in a car on 102nd Street in Washington Heights Sunday night.

CHICAGO, IL -- A 20-year-old man from Beverly was found shot to death in a car in the Washington Heights neighborhood, just east of Beverly, over Labor Day weekend. The Cook County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as Jeremy Tang.

Tang, who lived in the 1700 block of West 95th Street, was shot in the chest Sunday night around 8:40 p.m. while he was in the driver's side of a vehicle in the 800 block of West 102nd Street, according to a CBS-Chicago report. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 9:53 p.m.
