Bikes, Lawn Mowers Stolen From North Beverly Garages
A series of garage burglaries has been reported in the area of 90th and Damen.
CHICAGO — Police are investigating a series of overnight garage burglaries in North Beverly. Bicycles and lawn equipment have been stolen from five garages in the neighborhood as thieves broke windows to enter the garages at 90th and Damen, 90th and Hoyne and 90th and Hamilton between Aug. 18 and Aug. 27, police in the 22nd District said.
A residential burglary at 90th and Damen was also reported on Aug. 17, when jewelry and electronics were stolen.
All incidents were reported to have occurred between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
