Burglars Target Beverly Apartment Buildings, Cops Warn
Three burglaries have been reported in July all in the same Beverly vicinity, cops say.

CHICAGO, IL -- Burglars are targeting apartment buildings in the Beverly area. All of the burglaries have occurred in Beat 2122 in the 22nd Police District. Police say that a burglar or burglars have been entering residences by breaking the rear window, then scooping up valuables.
The burglaries have occurred primarily during the daytime hours. Three burglaries have been reported this month at apartment buildings between 10300 and 10700 blocks of Walden Parkway and Hale, including:
- July 3-5, 10600 block of Hale
- July 7, 10300 block of Walden Parkway
- July 19, 10400 block of Hale
Notify your neighbors of these occurrences. Should residents spot a suspicious vehicle or person in their neighborhood, call 911 immediately.
