Cook County Sheriff's Deputy Killed In Mt. Greenwood Crash
The victim has been identified as Nick Theofanopolous.

CHICAGO - An off-duty Cook County Sheriff's Office deputy was killed in a crash at 104th and Kedzie in the city's Mount Greenwood neighborhood Monday night.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has identifed the fatal victim as Nick Theofanopolous, a 39-year-old man with a listed residence in Oak Lawn. An NBC-Chicago report indicates he was on his way to work heading northbound on Kedzie when his car collided with a Jeep pulling out of a driveway just before 9 p.m.
