Discounts Available For Sunday's BAPA Home Tour

Pick up a post card from a train station or business on 99th and 103rd streets or use a coupon code to get $5 off the BAPA Home Tour.

CHICAGO, IL – The Beverly Area Planning Association's 2018 Beverly Hills/Morgan Park Home Tour will showcase five homes near the Metra Rock Island stops in the neighborhood this Sunday. Residents and visitors to the neighborhood that day can still get on the tour at a discounted rate by picking up one of the post cards that will be distributed at certain spots in the neighborhood today, Tuesday.

There's a coupon code – ROCKRIDER – that can be used for $5 off for anyone purchasing tickets ahead of time online. The advance price of the tour is $30, with it moving down to $25 with the coupon code. Buy Home Tour tickets online here.

The post cards will be dropped off at Metra stops in Beverly/Morgan Park and participating businesses in the 99th Street and 103rd Street train station districts Tuesday afternoon, BAPA Assistant Director Grace Kuikman said.

Presenting one of the postcards (shown above) will mean $5 off at the door on Sunday. The tour ticket goes up to $35 the day of the event, but those with the post card will get in for $30.

With a starting point at RMH Design, 1806 W. 103rd St., the self-guided tour will run from noon until 5 p.m., with everyone needing to check in by 3 p.m. or earlier. A booklet needs to be picked up at RMH Design to enter the homes on the tour.
