Free Hoodies For Early Turkey Trot Registrations

CHICAGO, IL -- The Beverly Hills Turkey Trot 5K Run & Family Walk has become a post-Thanksgiving tradition in North Beverly and this year will offer an additional incentive for those who plan ahead. Participants who register by Nov. 1 will receive a free hooded sweatshirt, according to an email blast from Ald. Matt O'Shea this week. A race t-shirt will be given to others who sign up after the date.

The Turkey Trot is planned for the morning of Saturday, Nov. 25 this year. The event, as has been the case in years past, will benefit the John McNicholas Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and the 19th Ward Youth Foundation.
