Homes, Garages, Cars Targeted By Burglars In Mt. Greenwood
Both locked and unlocked vehicles have been targeted in a string of crimes reported near 115th and Central Park.

CHICAGO, IL - A string of what Chicago police are referring to as "burglary/theft related incidents" have been reported recently in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood. It's both unlocked and locked cars, as well as garages and homes, that have been targeted in the crimes according to police.
The incidents weren't given exact dates and times in a police bulletin shared over the weekend, but it did note that they occurred in the area north of 115th and Central Park, which is the far southwest corner of the city in Mount Greenwood.
Police say the offenders have entered homes and garages and removed items.

No photos or sketches of possible suspects were released by police, but the bulletin indicates at least one suspect is a black man between 18 and 24 years old.
