Jewelry, Electronics Stolen From Unlocked West Beverly Homes
A series of residential burglaries have been reported in West Beverly, where in most cases the targeted homes were left unlocked.

CHICAGO - Chicago police have reported a series of residential burglaries having occurred over the past month in the Beverly and Morgan Park neighborhoods, most of which occurred in West Beverly. In most cases, it was homes that were left unlocked that were targeted. Thieves stole electronics and jewelry from homes in the neighborhood on Aug. 24, Sept. 4, Sept. 7, Sept. 12 and Sept. 17.
Victimized homes included ones in the following blocks: 2400 W. 107th St., 2300 W. 109th St., 10700 S. Washtenaw, 10900 S. Campbell and 10400 S. Longwood.
Police urge residents to keep all windows and doors locked and securing all fences and gates on the property.
