Maggie Cosme Park Council Hosts Kids Leprechaun Chase Saturday
Wear your best green outfits and come to Cosme Park for face painting, games and two Leprechaun Chase races Saturday, March 11.
CHICAGO — Kick off South Side Irish Parade weekend with a Leprechaun Chase and other activities Saturday, March 11. The fun starts at 11 a.m. at Maggie Cosme Park, 9201 S. Longwood Drive.
The suggested donation is $5 for the Maggie Cosme Park Advisory Council, which is dedicated to the inclusivity and betterment of the park.
Children of all ages are encouraged to dress in green outfits and Irish costumes for face painting, games and two Leprechaun Chase races. The Wee Chase once around Cosme Park for kids age 7 and under starts at 11 a.m., followed by the Kiddo Chase twice around the park for kids ages 8 to 12 at 11:15 a.m.
