Maple Tree Inn Bistro Refreshed After July 4 Vacation

Time With Family Well Spent; Bistro Open Today Taking Reservations for Weekend, Sunday Seafood Boil Dinner

Following its incredible seven-month run, the Maple Tree Inn Bistro staff has gathered its collective breath after “time with family” over July 4th.

The challenge of maintaining its loyal following and sustaining award-winning standards in legendary New Orleans cuisine has taken commitment and sacrifice.

Simply called “Summer Vacation” the Bistro staff enjoyed a few well-deserved days leading up to Fourth of July and reopens Friday July 5th at 5 p.m.

“We are so proud to have exceeded even our own expectations with Bistro,” said chef Mark Smith. “Everyone who contributed was sacrificing time away from their families."

Following an August 2018 fire, Maple Tree Inn owners Katie and Erich Wennberg put their “staff ahead of all else” to open Maple Tree Inn Bistro the following November at 13000 South Western in Blue Island.

Hours of operation for dinner: Wednesday/Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Friday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Saturday 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; Sunday 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
