CHICAGO — Quinn Kelly, a Marist High School senior from Mount Greenwood, has received the Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship. Kelly has been a caddie at the Crystal Tree Country Club for five years and plans to attend either Miami University in Ohio, the University of Kansas or Marquette University after he graduates.

Kelly, a St. Christina School alum, is the 181st Chick Evans scholar in Marist history. He's also a 2019 Illinois State Scholar and a member of Marist's student council, student ambassadors and broadcasting program. He's also been part of the school's golf and volleyball programs and takes on a challenging honors course load, the school said in a news release.

The Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship provides full tuition and college housing for golf caddies, and is renewable for up to four years. To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, all applicants must have a strong caddie record, excellent academics, demonstrated financial need and outstanding character.
