More 'Best Of Fresh' Offered Friday At Smith Village Farmers Market
Smith Village hosts a fall farmers market featuring local vendors, fresh produce and live entertainment Friday, Sept. 13.

CHICAGO — Join us for the Farmers’ Market at Smith Village from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 — rain or shine— at the Village Green along 112th Place just east of Western Avenue.
The farmers market features a variety of vendors, including Midwest Foods offering fresh fall produce, Smith Village Executive Chef Michelle Sandifer featuring freshly baked breads and a variety of whipped butters, and fresh crepes made onsite from Crepology.
Cool off with iced coffee offered by Whoo’s Caring and Elara Caring and bring home beautiful mums to celebrate the fall season from Smith Village Flower Market. Pierre’s Bakery is offering delicious slices of cake and cheesecake, while the Smith Village popcorn and lemonade stand will benefit Emilie’s Fund, a program that ensures Smith Village residents will never be asked to leave their home.
