Mt. Greenwood Man Killed In Drive-By Shooting
The Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed a Mt. Greenwood address for fatal gunshot victim Patrick James Stegmueller Jr.
CHICAGO, IL -- The man who was shot to death in a drive-by shooting Tuesday afternoon on the South Side has been identified as someone with a listed address in Mount Greenwood. Patrick James Stegmueller Jr., 35, was shot in the neck by a person in a passing green SUV around 12:15 p.m. in the 3300 block of South Damen Ave. in McKinley Park, according to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times.
Stegmueller Jr. had a listed address in the 11200 block of S. Troy Avenue, which is located in the Mt. Greenwood neighborhood. The Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed the address listed for Stegmueller Jr. on Friday.
Stegmueller Jr. was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital less than an hour after he was shot on Tuesday.
